Can I order by phone?

Sure! Please call 0431 496 649 and we will happily provide you with product advice required and process your order.

Can I send something as a gift?

Yes. We will happily gift wrap and hand write your message into a gift card for you at no extra charge!

Which credit cards / payment types do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. For your convenience we also have teamed up with Afterpay and ZipPay to bring you fee free payments staggered over the following months, Paypal and we accept BitCoin through Coinbase payments.

Delivery/shipping charges?

We use a flat shipping rate of $12 per order so that you can shop in confidence that there won't be a nasty shipping bill at the end of your order. All orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping!

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of receiving your payment with the exception of custom made orders which are quoted separately. .

We are trying to save waste and landfill. Where possible we try to recycle packaging boxes, in good condition only of course.

Can I track my order?

Please ensure you provide you correct email address and contact telephone with your order. Your shipping details will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched. You are welcome to call anytime though if you have any questions or concerns about your delivery.

Returns or Faulty Goods

Please note we do not refund for change of mind however we want to ensure you are happy with your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us and we will work to resolve any issues with you. 

All items are sent in good condition, well packed and ready for the hustle and bustle of shipping. If for some reason your parcel is damaged in transit If there is a fault with your product please contact us immediately.  If the product is deemed faulty, we will replace or refund that product for you at our discretion.
