Ajana Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is Ajana All Natural (A.B.N. 52016828802)

2. Information on prizes and how to enter Ajana competitions form part of the terms and conditions of entry.

3. By entering this competition the entrant accepts the terms and conditions of entry

4. Competition is open to all Australian residents; excluding employees and their immediate families of Ajana All Natural.

5. To enter you must entrants must answer all competition questions and entries must be received by the promoter by 8pm 21/10/18

6. Prize winner will be randomly drawn on 21/10/18. Winner is contacted by email and may be announced on but not limited to Your Natural Life & Ajana social media properties.

7. The judges' decision is final and binding. As such, no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Competitions are games of chance, winning entry is selected randomly.

9. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.

10. If any prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, Ajana reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.

11. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize or within 4 weeks, then the prize will be forfeited.

12. All prize winners agree to the use of their first name and suburb for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation.

13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, credit or product and no exchanges are offered. Ajana accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize (or part thereof).

15. Ajana takes no responsibility for prize damage or lost in transit and will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery, damage to or loss in transit of the prize.

16. Each entrant's email address is collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Competition and the winner. The personal information of entrants will not be shared with third parties. It may be used to stay in contact with Ajana newsletters and marketing material in the future. You may unsubscribe at any time.

17. The laws of Queensland govern Ajana competitions.

18. Ajana reserves the right at its discretion to disqualify any individual who they have reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct designed to risk the fair and proper conduct of the competition. Ajana reserves legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.

19. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned due to technical malfunction, external tampering or any other causes beyond the control of Ajana, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

20. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of prizes from the draw date. Prize will be sent to delivery address provided by the winner once contact with the winner has been established by email.
